Funding Available for the Multi Professional Credential in Learning disabilities and autism at an Advanced Practice Level advanced practice credential

Health Education England are now seeking nominations from learning disabilities / autism service leads of colleagues working within their organisation to access funding for studying the multi-professional credential in learning disabilities and autism for advanced practice.

Dear Colleague

As many of you will be aware Health Education England (HEE) have been supporting the development of an advanced practice credential for registered health and care practitioners working in learning disabilities and autism services. HEE are now seeking nominations from learning disabilities / autism service leads of colleagues working within their organisation to access funding for studying the multi-professional credential in learning disabilities and autism for advanced practice.

Supporting information giving further details of the credential qualification:

To provide details of nominees for funding, organisations will need to complete an online scoping survey, which can be accessed via this link. The online survey is intended to collect responses scoping interest for completing the advanced practice credential in learning disabilities and autism. The survey should be completed by leads who are nominating colleagues within their organisation for accessing HEE funding of the credential. A separate survey response needs to be completed for each individual nominee from an organisation. On receipt, the survey responses will be collated and distributed to each Regional Faculty for Advancing Practice for further consideration of the nominees from their respective region.

The online scoping survey responses should be provided by Friday 12th February 2021.
