Ayrshire & Arran - Learning Disability week 2016

First up was the Lang Scots Mile walk - a mile long walk along Ayr Promenade complete with pipe band to lead the way.

In North Ayrshire there was a Learning disability walk in Eglinton Park and a Learning Disability information event in Irvine with activities and stalls. Meanwhile over in East Ayrshire there was a community engagement event and a showcase evening featuring performances of music, dance and drama. There was also an all ability sports day where people with Learning Disabilities could try out a variety of sports including ability bikes. The week of events finishes off today with a football funday. Pictured below are the participants of the All ability sports day.
