Annual Health check events

The events provide the opportunity to hear what is happening with Annual Health Checks, for participants to tell us what they think and to help make the most of Annual Health Checks.  The events are aimed at People with learning disabilities, Carers, Primary Care and Specialist Services.

Events are on 14th September in Leeds, 22nd September in Birmingham and 29th September in London
